This is my first diy hedphone amplifier.

some details:

Direct coupled DCB1 based on N.Pass B1+ ALPS pot;
Marsh headphone amp with Jfet input and BJT outputs;

Standard LM regulator PSU with elna capacitors;

Elna + wima local decoupling capacitors;

modified e-bay enclosure ( with LED pushbutton and neutrik jack)

• You can buy a pcb from ebay for the ALPS pot which has wire connection via holes on either side, input and output. I like the amp.
