Big double horns made of steel plate, oxy-acetylene welded, treated with 3M body shutz and best quality italian granular cork (made from fine wine corks).
Horns are decoupled from frame with silent block, rubber and cork.

Driver: Audio nirvana classic 8 fullrange (single cone).
Binding post from solid brass machined with lathe and milling machine, delrin insulators, silver wire for internal wiring.

I built these speakers in 4 months for personal pleasure.

Efficency is high, approximately 110dbwm, the little ecl82 amp (1,6w triode connection, diy output Irons with high primary inductance)is really overpowered for listening session at home.

My current system:

- diy Onken 360L, Eminence delta 15LF speaker (29-150hz).

- Big horns (150-13000hz).

- Eminence apt 150 tweeter with custom tractrix horn i made with lathe from solid 75mm aluminum. (13000-20000hz)

Active crossover : Behringer DCX2496
Amplifiers: ecl82 se triode, lm3886 gainclone, 2024 amp for high freq.

currently i'm breaking in the new horn.
