Low gain transformer-output line amplifier
This is a low-gain (around 4.7dB) line amplifier. It uses the old Valvo AZ1 meshplate rectifier within a tube regulated power supply, 5V heater direct-heated-triode line-tube types 26(226-326), 00-201a-301a and 12a-112a.
With a small drop resistor it enable also 4V heater european vintages , the Phillips B406 and its german RE type equivalents.
A 50K TKD volume pot to the UTC A25 output transformers, replaceable with the UTC HA133 bigger trannies offering slightly lower frequency .
I used it to drive my DHT2A3 end-amplifier from the source.
