Here are my main amps I built a few years back, based on the Giovani Stochino ultra fast amplifier modules as described in Wireless World. I spared no expense on components used, with resistors being Caddocks, and the caps being the best available. Main filter caps are Mundorfs, and the transformer is a custom manufacture. I had built the cases (2 of) from aluminium bar and sheet...cutting every panel, drilling and tapping every hole. I then had the completed cases anodised in red (the photo is a bit pink, they are redder in colour). These are beautiful amplifiers...some of the best I have ever listened to, and will be my main amps for many years to come. They drive the 1801s I have listed here plus a pair of Dynaudio Finales I built many years ago
