Active loudspeaker system with TAD drivers

High Definition Active Loudspeaker System for my 60th Anniversary (2010)

NIDA is a two-way active loudspeaker system for high definition sound reproduction. The system’s construction is based on the same principle as sound recording studio monitors. It has a neutral timbre, a very low distortion, a very high dynamic range, and provides proper sound dispersion. Highest quality studio professional drivers and specially designed horns were used in the system to achieve the sensitivity and acoustic power, making the system suitable for use in various environments - from small rooms of 20 m² to a 200-300 m² music halls.

Low frequency cabinet: truncated pyramid, external port with vertical air flow*
High frequency driver: 1" professional compression driver with pure Beryllium diaphragm and ALNICO motor

Resistance (nominal / minimal): 8/8.2 ohms

Overall Frequency Response: 17 Hz - 40 kHz

The project was very successful and I decided to do a small upgrading.
I would like to recommend to all High-End lovers to use high definition active loudspeaker system NIDA Mk1.
