My project shows a speaker system consisting of a 12" field coil full range speaker (EMS) in an open baffle supported by a 15" subwoofer (Beyma) in a bass reflex enclosure.
The field coil power supply delivers 6-15V DC at a maximum of 80VA. The subwoofer supports up to about 70Hz and is then separated with a minidsp.
The EMS driver is not filtered, because he does not radiate any appreciable sound level in the open baffle below 70Hz, there is no limitation to the top - here the driver can show his outstanding qualities as a full-range speaker.

- Mate looks very good. What amps drive the full range?

- The EMS are powered with tubeamps, built by my self, just like the fieldcoil-psu's. You can see the amps on the last pic in the top left corner, I will post them separately. The Beyma bass speakers are powered by a Nakamichi 420.
