T-Box preamp
I often feel that simply installing fine electronics into tin bread boxes as an enclosure is an insult to the art and craft of fine audio DIY.
Here a remote PS with valve and choke rectification feeds a two stage preamp. The box is a Twinnings Tea box. Internally there is all silver wiring, Jensen Copper Paper and Oil caps, silver solder and box screening and dampening.
An Alps Blue Velvet attenuates the output signal the knob 4oz solid brass and heavy weight brass cones isolate the preamp from the real world. Sound is fluid.
