This is the final version of many JLHs i've built. Its a single supply rail class A power amplifier. Output capacitor consist of three different ones giving a nice listening impression and clarity. The NOS ALPS pot is used, also a pair of Elna for Audio power caps with a capacitance multiplier. All resistors are Takman Carbon Film ones. Wooden front panel makes an aluminum chassis look warmer and nicer.
Output power is approximately 5W while the temp of heatsinks rises up to 60C degrees max. Power dissipation is no more than 100W. This amplifier is a perfect one for a normal listening levels. SANKEN 2SC2922 are used as output transistors. They handle the heat pretty easily.
