This one was next, based on the popular schematic on Headwize.
It was supposed to be less expensive to build than the C3G before but still deliver in terms of sonic performance and looks.

My approach differs from the original schematic in using a different psu with a tube rectifier and a CLC filter.

The transformer cover once did duty as stainless coffee mug but neede a lot of work to make it look as in the pictures :-)
