Cello

When I first saw the Cello's on the internet I promised myself I would build them one day, whatever everyone would say about the sound, I just loved the design.

After a search on ebay I bought myself a pair of vintage saba drivers: 2x SABA PERMADYN 19-200-5298-U8, 5 ohms and 2x SABA 1670-DU-15, 5 ohms.

Construction was getting started with top, bottom, front and back made of 15mm baltic birch. I copied 1 top to make 6 templates for mountinghelp for the sides. Those are made of 3mm baltic birch and are a pain in the %ss to mount, but it went out very well.

I found a very nice crossover design on the internet also, designed by Troels Gravesen from Denmark. Finished it all off with some white wash and I'm very satisfied with the sound it produces driven by my 6EM7 SE amplifier wich I will submit as a project later on.
