I built this Elektor PGA2311 High End Preamp for my mother in-law (also matching amp based on Aussie Amplifier's nxV200 modules). The case was from modushop, who machined the front panels to my spec, and the back panel was done by Front Panel Express. The switches are SAIA Burgess TH9 and Schurter piezo switches. Style and sound quality were more important than $$, so I used premium components and casing. See also my listing of matching amp.
